Another sexual assault accusation against Kevin Spacey has landed on the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s desk.
The second case against the embattled Oscar winner has been handed to officials on a special task force, who are actively investigating the new claims.
“It remains under review,” the D.A. confirms.
The first case against the disgraced House of Cards star, which was presented in April (18) by the Los Angeles Sheriff’s department, reportedly involved an incident with a male adult from October, 1992.
