Angelina Jolie is set to receive a major honor!
The 42-year-old actress and filmmaker will be receiving the American Society of Cinematographers esteemed Board of Governors Award.
The award is the only non-cinematographer honor handed out by the association.
It’s given to “individuals whose body of work has made significant and indelible contributions to cinema, and for filmmakers who have been champions for directors of photography and the visual art.”
Other honorees have included Harrison Ford, Julia Roberts, Steven Spielberg, Ridley Scott and Christopher Nolan.
Angelina will be presented with the award during the annual ASC Awards on February 17th in Los Angeles.
